DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM PARTNERSHIP
Walt Morris partnered with Alberta Automotive Group to acquire both Winnipeg Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and Westport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Then merging the two dealerships at the former Westport building in the Pointe West Autopark. This created Manitoba’s largest Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership and under Walt’s leadership, it rose quickly to be number 1 in retail sales on the Prairies for 12 consecutive years.

WINNIPEG COLLISION CENTER
Walt Morris built and designed one of Winnipeg’s largest state of the art Collision Centers which was a division of Winnipeg Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.

Walt Morris, founded the Walt Morris Group of Companies.

RED RIVER CO-OP SPEEDWAY
Walt Morris Group of Companies adds the Red River Co-Op Speedway to the organization. It is Western Canada’s largest oval stock car race track.

WINNIPEG SUZUKI
Walt Morris Group purchased the former Formula Suzuki in the Waverley Automall, renaming the dealership to Winnipeg Suzuki.

WINNIPEG AUTOSPA
Walt Morris Group established Winnipeg Autospa a complete interior detailing and exterior wash company servicing cars, SUV’s, vans and light duty trucks.

WALT MORRIS PRE-OWNED SUPERCENTER
Suzuki Motor Corporation removed themselves from the North American vehicle market. Walt Morris Group then restructured naming it’s Waverley Automall dealership, Walt Morris Pre-Owned Supercenter.

Walt Morris Group established Winnipeg Vehicle Finance & Leasing, its own in house finance and leasing company.

Walt Morris Group founded Exclusive Bus Lines, becoming one of Manitoba’s largest charter bus & tour companies.

Walt Morris, founder of Walt Morris Group of Companies was a finalist in the 2016 EY Entrepreneur of the Year program. He was one of the 50 finalists chosen from across Canada for his entrepreneurial success.

Walt Morris Group expanded it’s enterprise into neighbouring province Ontario acquiring former Kantola GM in Kenora, renaming the dealership to Kenora Chevrolet Buick GMC.

Walt Morris appoints his brother Wade Morris, as Vice President of the Walt Morris Group of Companies.

FULL OWNERSHIP OBTAINED
Morris Group sold their ownership of Winnipeg Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and Winnipeg Collision Center. All companies within the Morris Group are now solely owned by founder, Walt Morris.

Morris Group grew the original detail center Winnipeg Autospa, relocating to a larger facility and renaming it Exclusive Car & Truck Wash. The business expanded into heavy truck detailing and exterior washes, also servicing RV’s, campers, trailers and boats in their oversized wash bays.

Morris Group adds to its automotive dealership network with the purchase of Olson Honda in Kenora, Ontario renaming the dealership to Kenora Honda.
